Broadcast data includes real-time audio and video streams, individual, non-realtime video and audio "clips", as well as Internet Protocol datacast application data such as stock market quotes, sports scores, and weather reports. Joels colleague, Mike, gave a comprehensive talk and tour of the TV Broadcast Control Room. Attendees discussed design as it related to Qualcomm's research, government regulatory concerns and applied product designs. His AIA award-winning Solar Grove for Kyocera has spawned large contracts with Westfield's UTC shopping center, Disneyland and other international venues.   Dii's April board meeting was generously hosted by Dii Board Member Ron Miriello, President and CEO of Miriello Grafico, one of San Diego's most respected graphic design firms. Ron's beautiful newly purchased and re-design of a cavernous bakery space into his design studio as half of the building featured the work of Jonathan Seagal who Ron hired as his architect. Particularly impressive was Ron's impact on this evolving section of Logan Heights. Another 7,700 sq. feet of space is available for lease. Don't miss this incredible opportunity! It's a perfect spot and a great deal for a complementary tenant!
